DISPATCHING
Orders will be dispatched within 24hours - 48hours from our Sydney Warehouse.
- Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact the transport company based on your order shipping method.
Any return claims must be lodged within 7 days of your order being received.
Any attempt to cancel an order must be done as soon as possible. We ship orders on a daily basis. We do not charge a fee for cancellations however if a cancellation is requested after your order has been dispatched, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charge.
If you change your mind on a purchase, you can return your items to LeScent. Returns must be lodged within 7 days and must be received within 14 days of receipt, per the conditions below:
Please contact us if you would like to arrange a return. We will forward a Return Authorization form, which must accompany the returned goods.
We recommend using a registered postal method when returning goods to us. This minimises the chances of a lost parcel and avoids disputes. You are responsible for any product/s damage during transit as a result of unsuitable packaging.
Returns will not be accepted beyond these times, and no further communication will be undertaken.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Any claim against a product sold by LeScent must be lodged in writing (via email with photo proof) to LeScent within 7 days of receipt.
Email address for all claims to be sent to adam@carscent.com.au. Please provide photos of the faulty or damaged product.
If it is then agreed that the item should be returned to LeScent, then this must be received by LeScent within 14 days of receipt.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened and used.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS
All orders are picked and checked twice prior to sending them. In the very rare instance that Perfumery has sent you an incorrect product, please leave the item unopened and contact us. We will provide you with a Reply Paid address and send the correct item. Any opened products, regardless if correctly sent, are not eligible for return.

Yes, change-of-mind returns are accepted under the following conditions:Return request must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your orderItems must be received back within 14 days of delivery

- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
Returns must include a completed Return Authorisation form, which we will provide upon request.We recommend using a registered postal service, as you are responsible for return shipping and any damage during transit.
Attach the diffuser securely to your A/C vent. When airflow is activated, the fragrance will disperse evenly throughout the cabin.
For stronger scent projection, run your A/C or fan system while driving.
- Carefully remove the inner stopper cap.
- Secure the wooden lid back on without over-tightening.
- Gently tilt the bottle for a few seconds to allow the fragrance to absorb into the wooden cap.
- Hang securely from your rearview mirror.
For best results, avoid over-tightening the cap as this may cause cracking.
